Go through these four points one by one
If your code is reported as invalid or not recognised, it’s often due to one of these points.
- 01 Region Many codes are only valid in one country. Your account with the provider must match it.
- 02 Copied exactly Copy the code from your order page instead of typing it – 0 and O or 1 and I are easily mixed up.
- 03 Right page Use the redemption instructions and “Redeem Now” in your order.
- 04 PIN or PDF Some vouchers also require the PDF voucher with a PIN or serial number.
