A quick one-time check that it’s really you

Voucher codes can be passed on just like cash. That’s why, for some orders, we check once whether it was really you who ordered: a photo of your ID and a selfie via our partner Veriff, usually done in 1–2 minutes. Without this check, we can’t release the order – in that case we cancel it and refund automatically.
