You’ll find your VGO XP in the portal

You collect VGO XP with every order – the higher your level, the more XP per order. After logging in to the portal, you’ll see your balance under “VGO XP”. From 5,000 XP, you can exchange them for a VGO-Shop voucher worth €5, €10, €20 or €50. The voucher is valid for 10 years, and you redeem it in the cart under “Do you have a code?”. Your XP and your level don’t expire.
