Our delivery email only contains a link to your order page. There, tap “Retrieve voucher code” – only then is the code displayed. The link doesn’t expire. No email? Check your spam folder.
This happens in the background, you don’t need to do anything – it’s usually done within an hour. Once the review is complete, you’ll receive an email. If we have a question, we’ll write to you – just reply to that email.
