The code is never directly in the email

Our delivery email only contains a link to your order page. There, tap “Retrieve voucher code” – only then is the code displayed. The link doesn’t expire. No email? Check your spam folder.

Tap “Retrieve voucher code”

Only then is the code displayed. If you ordered several codes, “Reveal All Codes” gets them all at once. Good to know: once a code has been retrieved, we can no longer take it back.
