Often it arrived long ago – just not where you’re looking.

My code is missing Pending Cash with ZastrPay

The code is never directly in the email

Our delivery email only contains a link to your order page. There, tap “Retrieve voucher code” – only then is the code displayed. The link doesn’t expire. No email? Check your spam folder.

With ZastrPay, the payment at the counter is what counts

With ZastrPay, you pay cash at a ZastrPay partner – using the QR code you received when ordering. As soon as the payment reaches us, we deliver automatically. The QR code is only valid for a limited time: if it expires before you’ve paid, the order is cancelled.
