Our delivery email only contains a link to your order page. There, tap “Retrieve voucher code” – only then is the code displayed. The link doesn’t expire. No email? Check your spam folder.

PayPal releases some payments only after up to 24 hours

This is an automatic security check by PayPal that we have no control over. Your order page will then show “Security hold by PayPal”. As soon as PayPal releases the payment, we deliver automatically – you don’t need to do anything else.
