The code is never directly in the email

Our delivery email only contains a link to your order page. There, tap “Retrieve voucher code” – only then is the code displayed. The link doesn’t expire. No email? Check your spam folder.

We process bank transfers automatically as soon as the money arrives

A regular bank transfer usually arrives on the next banking day, an instant transfer within a few minutes. Important: the order number (A-…) must be in the payment reference, otherwise we can’t match the payment automatically. You’ll find the bank details and payment reference in your order.
